1. General Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lancomarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns without cause (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the customer will be charged twice the return shipping rate to cover handling and restocking fees.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, subject to bank speed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

6. Exchanges
